Borcam Users Guide & Cleaning

For a prolonged and healthy use, please keep in mind that;

• You can use your Borcam in ovens & microwaves or put it in the fridge & deep freeze.

• Use without lid in microware oven in accordance with microware oven user’s manual.

• It can be directly used on glass ceramic cooker, and together with a heat diffuser on electric

and gas hob. Do not use on grill and not place on a hot heat diffuser.

• On hob always put it on low heat first. Then gradually increase the heat, if needed. Never put it on strong heat.

Remember that in many recipes, “low heat” is one of the basic rules of delicious cooking.

• Tolerable sudden change of temperature is 230ºC (∆t = 230ºC). As long as heat is gradually increased or

decreased, temperatures of -40ºC in the deep freeze and 300ºC in the oven are tolerable.

• Avoid sudden and high heat changes

• Do not pour cold liquid into hot product or hot liquid into cold product.

• Handle hot products with a dry cloth. Never handle with a wet cloth. Do not place on wet or cold surfaces.

• Sharp objects or sudden impacts may damage this product.

• Handle with care, avoid physical shocks.

• Do not use fractured, cracked or scratched products.

• Do not use scouring pad, cleaning powder or any similar abrasives for cleaning.

• When hand washed, soft sponges developed for glassware cleaning and proper washing liquid is advised.

• Dishwasher safe.

• Noncompliance with the warnings may cause breakage of the product and injuries.
